Colorado Mothers Body Discovered

Suzanne Morphew's Remains Found After Two Years

Colorado Mother's Body Discovered

Case Remains Under Investigation

The remains of Suzanne Morphew, a Colorado mother of two who disappeared in 2020, have been found, authorities said Friday.

Morphew was reported missing on May 10, 2020, after she went for a bike ride in Maysville, Colorado. Despite extensive searches, her body had not been located until now.

The remains were discovered during a search on Friday, according to the Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The El Paso County coroner positively identified them as Morphew's.

Morphew's husband, Barry Morphew, was initially charged with murder and other charges in connection with her disappearance. However, the charges were dismissed without prejudice in September 2022, meaning they could potentially be refiled.

The investigation into Morphew's death remains ongoing, and the CBI is asking anyone with information to contact them.
